Personalized Assistance
University studies provide a solid foundation of skills relevant to the modern workplace. Mentors use their careers and experiences to help participants understand the implementation of that foundation. They serve as a role model and can help motivate a protege to explore ways to make connections and find career resources. Mentees should always be respectful to mentors and keep an open mind. Doing so will provide valuable knowledge to remain competitive.
